About APSIT-2023

Advances in Power, Signal, and Information Technology(APSIT 2023) is an international conference where researchers from diverse backgrounds belonging to different institutionsaround the globe, willshare their groundwork with an objective to take the technology to the next level covering all the dimensions of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Science.This Interdisciplinary conference aims to promote and motivate researchers tofindsolutionsto various prevailing issues and discussfuture problems. Distinguished people from reputed institutes in the country and abroad will be invited to deliver keynote speeches and invitedtalks on recent trends and significant developments in emerging technologies. The advancement of signal and information technology plays a vital role in providing a better solution to many engineering problems including the power sector.This motivates to organize the APSIT-2023 international conference to discuss and further improve the research with the advances in Renewable Energy, Power Engineering and Power Electronics Technology, Communication Engineering, Smart Grid, Computational Intelligence, soft computing etc.

After the successful completion of the IEEE conferenceAPSIT-2021,the Department of EEE, Siksha ‘O’Anusandhan deemed to be university, aims to organize APSIT-2023 in June-2023 in hybrid mode.

Key Highlights of APSIT-2023

  • Only quality research papers will be accepted for the conference publication.
  • Maximum two papers of a single author will be allowed for acceptance.
  • Technical sessions comprising of various topics related to the tracks of the conference.
  • Best paper awards for each track is decided by the Conference Committee.
  • Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
  • Extended versions of some of the quality papers will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals.
  • The APSIT-2023 will be conducted in hybrid mode.

About Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Deemed to be University

Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University was established in 1996 as an pioneer Technical College , located in BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA, INDIA. It is an University with its own repute which provides 24 under graduate and 37 post graduate courses along with 9 Ph.D programmes (Engineering, Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Bio-Tech, Law, Management, Nursing and Agriculture etc.) with a high class infrastructure and large number of Research Laboratories.

SOAUniversity is Accredited by ABET-USA, Re-Accredited by NAAC with A++ in the year2022. About department of EEE

The Department of EEE started in the year 2007 under SOA Deemed to be University. Since its commencement, the primary objective of the department has been to impart quality education, training, and innovative research at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in various areas of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a broad emphasis on design aspects of electrical and electronics systems. This program aims at producing Technocrats with sound knowledge and skill in electrical engineering and a strong background in electronics. This department has 07 well equipped undergraduate level laboratories and 02 research laboratories, where students work on projects which is beyond the syllabus. The major areas of faculty expertise of the department include Electrical Power & Control, Biomedical Signal Processing, Communication Systems, Computer Networks, Control Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Image Processing, Instrumentation, Power Electronics, VLSI Systems and MEMS, Smart & Micro Grid, and Soft Computing. The majority of the Faculties of this Department are Ph.D. Around 100 research papers are published annually, in various reputed Journals. The department of EEE is Accredited by NBA & Re-Accredited by NAAC with A++ in the year2022.
